Event pan Crop wont move on vertical axis
Running Vegas 11Pro on Vista 64 w/ 6mgs ram, I cant get the EPC tool to move vertically up or down over the scene — only L to R and zoom in or our. i am working with various size jpgs and mov files. None can be moved on along the y axis.
I have restarted the program w/ F5 — no help.
Any ideas?
