Errors while Exporting?
Hi,
My friend and I have just started using After Effects 6.5. We’ve created a 2 minute segment and would like to import that file into Premier Pro for further editing. We’ve tried exporting it as an AVI but Premier doesn’t read it correctly. The audio works but the video has major distortion or sometimes no video at all. Media player won’t open the file on it’s own but quicktime will and it works fine. None of our editing programs open the video without distortion. We’ve tried exporting it as an mpeg but it says error 2002 has occured. If anyone has any idea what we’re doing wrong your help would be greatly appreciated.

Render to QT animation codec.

Hi,
Thanks for your advice. We rendered in QT animation codec and then exported it in AVI again. This time it opened in media player but it’s still distored in Premier and other editing programs. Any other advice on what to do?
