    I cant render projects in sony vegas 12, without red horizontal stripes or an error message saying there was an error rendering the project.

    It would help to know what you are rendering and to what format. A bit more info and then the gurus here have a chance to help you.

    Windows 7 Pro64, 16GB RAM, SSD boot drive, GTX 570 Graphics, Vegas Pro 12

    I rendering in MPG 2 and QuickTime.
