After Effects error: Not enough memory to initialize AGM

I have tried several times to open my after effects project and I keep getting this error message. I have plenty of room (over a TB) on my external drive and my hard drive.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue.

    Thanks,
    Ross

    Reboot.
If that doesn’t work, create a new project and import your project into it.
If that doesn’t work, trash your prefs.
