error to open *.mov files in quick time in quicktime 6.5
error to open *.mov files in quick time
when i export a animation to *.mov format
and want to open it with quick time 6.0
it returns an error message that:
could not open the untitled.mov file
because it is not a file that quicktime can understand. -

It sounds as if you don’t have the required codec. Maybe the file was created in QT 7, using the new codec contained in that release?
