error msg: A low-level exception occurred in: colorista II
I keep getting this error message when trying to use Colorista on a clip:
A low-level exception occurred in: colorista II. I also can’t seem to see any changes reflect the footage when I am using the plugin and 9 times out of 10 it crashes Premiere.
Anyone ever had this issue?
I’m using PP CC 2015 2015.0.2. release
windows 7 professional
intel r Xeon (r)
96GB memory

I have still waiting to hear back. I was hoping someone else may be able to shed some light in the meantime.

I’m having the same problem with Colorista III. Have you had any luck? I can’t seem to be able to use the effect twice on the same clip either. The second instance of the colorista effect doesn’t seem to work properly with the keyer.
