error message when using brackets
Hi, when I put brackets around portions of my expressions in (AE CS3 only) I get this wierd error message:

Anyone know what’s up with that
I am on a powerPC G5.
In AE7 it works fine.

Havn’t installed CS3 on this machine yet, but could you test this:
Do you get the same error when you add “.value” at the end of your expression ?
like this:
(thisComp.layer(“Black Solid 1”).transform.opacity.value)

Hi, the error message still comes up if I type in .value. The expression seems to work if I just click OK and ignore it though.
