  error message when digitizing

  Im digitizing on an xpress and using an old sony vx1000. I have to crash the record on the capture tool because the dig tool wont read the preroll. message is “adv audio dev:dv device missed starting timecode……….also wont import mpeg4 from sanyo xacti hd cam. sometimes will import 1st one then crashes………
