error message VO won’t let me add any narration all of a sudden
It says I cannot add a track that I cannot have more than 99 tracks in a sequence…
I do not and VO is suddenly not lwtting me record anything. : (

Try trashing your preferences and give it another shot.

I never marked in and out points in my audio tracks and narrated away for weeks no problem Till suddenly I couldnt at all it said I couldnt have more than 99 tracks (i did not have that many) So I trashed preferences…then after trashing preferences now I have this same problem…”no recording range set” any help appreciated now its back again to 99 tracks message …ugh

Have you tried creating a new project and copying your sequence into it and trying the same thing there. It’s a bit of a long shot, but it might work if there’s some kind of corruption in your existing project (rare but it does happen very occasionally).

It worked BUT now everything is so music less loud even tho it reads level 12 db i cant hardly hear anything and after burning a dvd it is the same after export : ( any ideas on this ALL my sound is now lower both narration and music tracks …

I have not tried that but i will, thanks.
I find myself trashing preferences a lot in FCP but with AVID am unfamiliar , so this is extremely frustrating.
