I have been getting an error recently when I am makng a movie that states: Error Adding to movie -1309

What does this mean? it doesn’t happen all the time either so I am unable to diagnose the problem.

I am am using AE 6.5 on Power Mac G5 Dual 2Ghz with 2G ram. I am rendering the movie to an external hard drive hooked up to my comp via firewire 400. I am running the latest version of Tiger. I restart my comp before rendering and do not have other apps running. Thanx in advance to anyone who helps me!!!!

    Peace~

I am having an error -1309 when transferring large video files, generally in excess of 4 gigs, from one firewire 400 to another in OSX Panther. It has to do with file size limitation, and I am not sure how to overcome it.

Funny thing is, I did it before. In order to get these files on the drive they are on, I did drag them from one Rocstor firewire drive to another, and it worked. Now, now way, it doesn’t work. The system doesn’t want to let me drag any files in excess of 4 gigs or so…

All drives are formatted HFS extended!
