It means that there is are illegal xml charachters in the xml. And those are double quotes.
the error message is quite helpfull!

Replace the quotes (inside the quotes) with " and you should be fine.

Could u explain me where the XML Characters can be found?
And should I need to look in the imported file or in the project I’m working in?
