  epub Creation

  I wanted to stop by and ask if there were some good InDesign tutorials to help me create some epub books start to finish.

  Lynda.com disappointed me a bit, so instead of random Google-ing, I thought I’d ask here first.

  I’m using InDesign CS4 and I’ve read that once I have a .epub version, I can convert that .mobi for Kindle devices, and I think right now, they’re the two main formats I want to target right now.

  Also, are there any good examples of .epub books from InDesign CS4 that I could use as inspiration?

  Last question: Does anyone know if it’s possible to add sections to either format that allows the user to add their own notes? I’m thinking about adding questions at the end of the chapters for people to answer.
