End Credits–
Does anyone know how to easily make 3043 words in an 18 page word document into scrolling end credits and maintain the formatting (font, alignment, bold) I presently have?
I’ve had no luck.Livetype was too slow, Premiere Pro is too stripped down, Motion and After Effects are failing me as well. I run a Mac Pro Duo Quad Core with 16GB of RAM so power isn’t the issue.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

just guessing here – but you might be able to export it as an adobe pdf and load that into AE – i’m not sure how well it would work – but it’s the first thing I would do if I was in your situation.

The PDF approach could work really well. I too find Live Type to be horribly slow when it comes to credits.
What I have done in the past is to format the credits as in Illustrator file and then scroll them in AE. This has tended to work smoothly and renders quickly. I assume a PDF would do much the same thing.
The nice thing with Illustrator is that you can easily layer this over footage, a texture or a faded or blurred logo.
