  encore- will not open

  Hi forum

  i running a intell quad mac, i 5, 8 gig ram with production premium 5.0, upgraded to 5.04

  My problem is that when i open encore the program spins up but the encore window is at the bottom of the page and is greyed out. All the encore buttons are greyed out and i must use force quite to close it. It was working with 5.03 update and seemed to fail after the .04 update. I have reinstalled the whole suite twice but no change either at 5.00 or 5.04. It feels like a simple fix but it has me beat.
