Activity Forums Adobe Encore DVD Encore Slide Show into Premiere

    The only way is to find the transcoded MPEG2 file in your project’s Transcodes folder and then import that into Premiere Pro. You’ll likely have to load a few of those files into a media player to find the right one, because the name of the file won’t be what you expect.

    Hi Jeff Im struggling. Im cringing as I’m asking..where will I find this transcoded folder???? I’ve looked and looked..is it right infront of my face.

    Dear MM,

    The transcoded slideshow shows up as a series of .m2v files with strange names in the Sources\Transcodes folder inside of your main project folder.

    Join the .m2v files together in a Pr timeline and you can edit them as you please.

    Thanks again for your help. I’m sure you’ll see my name again as I am going from 8 years of editing on Discreet Edit to PP I am struggling at times. well……most times,,,,
