Encore freezes while building DVD
It just started a few days ago. At first I thought my dvd burner was shot. After having installed a new one the same problem occurs.
I start building a project to burn the DVD , it does all the normal steps, checks audio, video, build menus etc. and when it is supposed to start writing the dvd it freezes at a few MB. This is now happening with all of my past projects still in the computer. Can anyone help ?

I built the disk image and tried to burn that one and it froze the same way. Should I uninstall ?

If you built the image successfully, but then could not burn the image using Encore, then it’s likely there is some hardware or software conflict that is preventing a successful burn.
Try the free program ImgBurn. It is a handy, lightweight utility that does one thing – burn disc images. In almost all cases, ImgBurn will succeed when other programs fail.
