    What operating system version are you using?

    How much ram do you have installed in your system?

    How much hard drive space do you have available on your system drive and any other drive you might be using?

    I have Windows Vista 64bit version, 2Gg’s of ram and computer has more than 100free gigs.

    Ah. I’ve never encountered this error so I was not familiar with the solution. Hopefully deleting the .xmp and .xmpses files will do the trick like the post suggests.

    For what it’s worth I ran into a similar problem on my machine although I am running WinXP. I upgraded to 4GB of RAM and it cured the problem.
