Encore CS5 (Mac) abnormal condition – subtitles
I am having stability problems with Adobe Encore CS5 on my two Macs (one is Mac Pro other one is Macbook Pro). Both machines run OS X 10.9.2 with latest updates, my CS5 is updated as much as I could. My Encore software is version 5.0.0.508.
Biggest problems is adding subtitles. I cannot create subtitles within the application. Whenever I select title tool and click into the composer window, I get “Sorry an abnormal condition has been detected”… See below:
The same thing happens when I try importing subtitles in text script. Also sometimes my Encore crashes when importing assets, see the log:

I am really bummed cause I need to finish the project with switchable subtitles. This software is original (not pirated) and I finally have a use for it but can’t do what I need to do.
Anyone has any ideas?
