  ENCORE CS3 out of sync only after burn

  So we’ve been burning grad show BluRays for our students using Adobe Encore for the past several months without too much hastle (other than random crashes, etc.)

  We take same as source outputs from AVID (DNxHD 115) and AC3 files from our sound design campus, marry them together in Encore and burn the BluRay.

  For some strange reason, all of a sudden our BluRay is playing back around 4 seconds out of sync (audio coming in early). This is really strange considering before burn all the timelines preview in sync.

  Has anyone had this issue in the past?

  We are running HP8600s/3GB Ram/Nvidia quadro FX/Encore CS3(fully updated)/AVID 3.0
