  Encore CS 5 Won’t Open

  Hi, I wonder if anyone has come across this problem and if they have a found a solution. I have recently upgraded to CS5.5 and the first time I had to use Encore it opened and worked fine subsequently every other occasion it will not open. The Windows 7 little circular timer spins and then nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
