  Encore Chinese subtitle not showing up in preview

  Guys,

  I need to have a Chinese subtitle built in my DVD. The Chinese characters look fine on the Encore timeline subtitle track. But when I preview it in Encore, the screen turns black completely whenever there’s subtitles. The movie shows up when there’s no dialogue(no subtitles). What’s going on here?
