Encore Buttons and Animated Thumbnails
I did a search for this and came up nothing, but here goes. I have a menu that has 4 selections. There are four different videos to choose from. What I want is the text to be the selection, I already have the highlight as a little icon, but what I need is the thumbnail to animate the clip without it being one of the options to click. Meaning, I just want the thumbnail to play, but NOT be selectable. I just want the text to be the selectable portion. In order to make the thumbnail animateable, it has to be converted to a button correct? Am I making sense??? I can post a pic of my menu if that makes it any easier.

The easiest solution would be to create a motion menu background video in After Effects or Premiere with the 4 thumbnailed videos, exported as a DV AVI file. The text buttons are then added in Encore.
