Encoding crash in “mc_bc_dec_avc.dll”
Hello, Pros,
Does someone have a clue to avoid from crash of V13 pro on WIN7 with an error msg focusing “mc_bc_dec_avc.dll”.
Always this DLL file is caused.
I have tried several encoding formats but none of them comes success yet.
It has 12GB ram with Radeon R9 380 , core i7.
