Encoding blurry results
Greetings my creative pals,
does anyone of you experience the problem that if you want to encode (for example) a project (720p) into a mp4 h264 file you get blurry results. I don’t know exactly how to describe it, but it seems as if the frames are going slowmotion, in fast movements leaving a shadow behind (not exactly a shadow,… but I was ripping a bluray movie, when the guy punched a guy I see 3 fists, instead of just that one…Oh well, any ideas?…giving me a headache right now.
I use Adobe Premiere CS4, Win7 64bit.

Can’t answer your question specifically but the encoder have some problems downscaling.

watch this and pay particular attention to the part about the max render quality setting part. I think that might fixmost of your problem.
