Emitter direction

Can anyone find a way to change the direction of the
03_10.Il3/Electric/Electric Point 02 (mb+)emitter?
I tried the “angle” but no luck their.

If you go into the Properties, you can change the angle under the Behaviour tab>Particle Angle, by changing the Offset number. Adjust the width with the Range slot.

The reason for that is that the Emission Angle controls the direction the particles leave the emitter if they have Velocity. In this case, the particles aren’t moving, just growing over their life.
