    Hi all

I have a 12 min short that is to be transfered to 35mm. AT the lab they told me that they need a ProRez 444 file (no problem there) with the REC 709 profile embedded into it. I have no clue with regard on how to achieve that. The short was shot on XDCAM EX, 1920 X 1080 25p, edited in FCP 7.x and graded in color. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Vasilis

I know that in Compressor’s Inspector in the Filters tab you have the option of specifying 709 color space. However, that may be the default color space for ProRes4444. Someone more expert than I may chime in with more detaila.

Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for your tip. Compressor calls it HD 709!
