Embedding multiple caption tracks

I am currently trying to embed multiple captions into an MP4 file. I was able to use Handbrake but, since I need to include both Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified captions, I was only able to use one Chinese option. Otherwise only one shows upon export. I attempted to just use an alternative language in its place and rename it but the original language name identifier still appears at the end (Ex Chinese Simplified – Zulu). I was wondering if there might be a workaround for Handbrake or another software solution that might make this easier. Any help that can be provided would be appreciated. Thanks!
