Does anyone know of any tutorial that teaches how to do these effects with text?

If you are talking about the match moving there are many tutorials that cover that topic.

It would not be walking through the text, but these effects of the text being displayed on the screen, flashing and being typed.

Gotcha, wasn’t sure if you were inquiring about how the text moved with the camera(matchmoving) or the text builds themselves.
Those text builds can be accomplished in multipe ways, probably the easiest and most straight forward are the animation presets in AE. You type in your text, set it the way you want it to look after it builds on and then apply a preset.
