Effects not showing up on rendered YOUTUBE vid(SONY PLAT 8)
my problem is (and this is weird)
when im working on my video and using effects it looks fine in the preview screen BUT when i render it and upload 2 YOUTUBE at 640X480 or higher, the effects are messed up BUT when i render it at 320X240 or lower and upload 2 YOUTUBE the effects show up just fine.
PLEASE HELP because 340×240 is REALLY CRAPPY QUALITY -

What format are you rendering to?
What does it look like when you play the rendered version before uploading it?
How are the effects “messed up”?
Post a link so that we can see what “messed up” means and maybe we can offer some suggestions. -
I think I have the same issue as mentionned above.
I have 2 scene with quick flashes which are 1 or 2 frames long, and in Vimeo/youtube half or 2/3 of the flashed are missing.Here are the source details :
1280×720 (1.0)- 59,94 FPS Progressive 48000 Hz Stereo
Output :
NTSC 1280×720 59,94 FPS Progressive AAC 192kbps 48000 Hz Stereo Widescreen 16:9 (tried with squared pixels)

I had the same issue on another one in youtube, were it seems to be slightly laggy :
