  • Effective time-remap / timewarp workflow

A lot of times I have to change the speed of a clip.

When I have 60 fps clips I use time remap.
When I have 30fps clips I use time warp.

I need to change the speed of a single clip to different values according to music and Premiere cutting times. So I usually use Dynamic Link starting into Premiere, chaning clip speed and then moving to After Effect.

However it is quite difficult for me to find an effective workflow / approach to synch audio and video with time remap and timewarp.

I use a lot of markers but it is a slow try-and-fix workflow.

How do you manage time rempap and time warp? Any suggestion?

Some people told me that time remap is easier in FCPX. I have never used that software. Is it true?
