I have a technical question : My final output to astro is in XDCAM 50i for broadcast, My source materials range from Apple Prores HQ and some is XDCAM 50i.

    1. Would it be better to have all the sources have the video sources come to me in XDCAM 50i even before I edit it?

    2. Would there be a difference in exporting time if I use mixed codecs when my final output is XDCAM 50i?

    3. If I batch convert all Apple Prores 422 HQ materials to XDCAM 50i before I edit it, would there be a gen-loss?

Would appreciate your kind feedback and advice.

    I use Premiere Pro CC.
    Thank you~
