editing with jpeg stills
I am having problems when cutting a still image into the timeline. (FCP 4.5) Yesterday it worked well, today after cutting in the still it wont play back. If I match back it will open a empty frame in the source monitor (not matching back to original still.jpg)…
Can anybody help? -

Where did you “put” the JPEG image (what drive)?
Are you sure you SAVED this image before imort and/or did not “change” it or move its location as you closed your various programs.
You would be wise to convert this image to a PICT or TIFF or other format than JPEG before import to FCP.
