Editing with Final Cut Pro and Express
If I capture my footage and edit with FCP and then want to take my edited footage to my friends house to editing with FCE.. what do I need to do to import my edited FCP footage into FCE?

ask him what his easy setups are.
there are only a few codecs that express will import.

And also keep in mind, you can’t bring an FCP project into FCE. He’ll have to start over from scratch.
