Editing short cuts missing.

Im having troubles with editing shortcuts. The problem is that the video fx/crop tool short cuts are missing from the ends of my video clips (same problem with audio clips). The image shows where the short cuts that im talking about should be. It would be great if someone could help me fix this, cant seem to find tutorials online.

Hi,
I used to decrease -or even minimize- the height of a track
to have more room for other tracks.
At a certain level those icons disappear.
Did you perhaps shrink a bit your tracks?Best regards
