Editing Question on name of Video Transition Effect
I searched all over the net and here, and did not get my answer so am asking here.
It is a video editing effect that I do not know the name to. The effect is very simple to watch but I cant seem to find a way to do it or if it has a term for it. it goes as this:
An Image is seen on the screen (full screen).
in a second or so, the image zooms out and it is actually an image inside a photo frame that is part of another bigger image.Then in another second or so, this new image is part of another small object (maybe a picture frame or computer screen) that zooms out to show the new big picture.
This process goes on and on, revealing where the current picture comes out of which is part of another bigger picture.
I hope i did not write it badly so that nobody understands me.

That is a trick used on the open title of MODERN FAMILY. And it isn’t a “video editing effect,” it’s a composite. It’s something that is done in After Effects, or Motion or Smoke. This isn’t something you can do in Avid very easily. You might be able to pull it off with keyframing an Animatte, but it’s much better suited to After Effects.

Wait…this isn’t the AVID forum. Sorry…I’m on too many forums.
This is something I’d send to AE from Premiere to do. Although you might pull it off in the app if you use Mocha.
