Editing in 23.98
I’m shooting a commercial in 23.98 on DVCPro100 HD. I’m thinking of editing in the same framerate (in uncompressed HD), as we’re hitting the North American market as well as the Europeen market: the mentality being that transferring to 25Pal will be smoother from 23.98 than from 29.97P (from a motion jitter point of view).
Does this make sense? I just want to float this out there before we start the cut. Anyone experience any issues going this route?

Yes it make sence. its better to transfer from 23.98 to 25P for the PAL users in a motion smooth environement.
