Editing for a 30 minute tv show
Kind of been out of the loop for providing tv shows for broadcast for a while so was wondering if anyone could answer a few questions. This show im editing is a 30 minute show and will be delivered without ads, so will i just leave physical black gaps to represent where the ads be ? Or do i just give them the edited total run time (22:30) of our content with no commercial gaps? Thanks in advance.

Ask the broadcaster. They all do it differently.
They may give you a cut sheet that helps you calculate timing and lays out the programming.
