Editing Divx and Xvid in Vegas 6
I’m into editing certain spots in video podcasts for archiving. Unfortunatly, most of the video I get is in Divx and Xvid format. I’ve found that Vegas 6.0d straight up (no plug-ins) cannot read these formmats. Is there a plug-in I can download to edit this stuff?

You need to install the DivX codec. Just do a search for DivX or XVid for more details. It’s been discussed a LOT.
