Hi, I am syncing an external audio source with in-camera sound.
to get it right I have to slip the audio beyond the 25 fps division
    is that possible?
    (preferrably within premiere; it’s CS3)
    regards,
    Johan

On the Sequence panel, go to the right side and click the little arrow button that brings up the panel menu, select “audio units” and then you can move your audio clip with the Alt key held down if you prefer it to stay sync’d to the video, or you could simply ‘unlink’ them.

Only the audio moves in sub-frame, the video (for obvious reasons) does not.
