  editing and capturing Sony HD1000u and Canon HX-A1

  I am using vegas 5.0 on windows XP Sp2. was doing JVC HDV (HD10) but it is time to go anther rought as my HD10 is no longer working. I have been using the software that came with the HD10 to capture and editing with vegas in Native 720p HDV.
  Any road blocks or things I should know about the Sony HD1000U and Canon HX-A1 that should leaning me tword one or the other. I am hoping to put of upgrading to Vegas 8 for another year or so. I don’t usaly print back to tape and Like to do 24p looking stuff. I was hoping to stay 720P capture but don’t have the funds avaible and want to upgrade from the current camera.
