Editing an existing text in a video

When you say “text” do you mean Close Captions?

No idea what you mean with “Close Captions” 😉

The “Text” here means…”writing”, such as a title

I can see both video and audio channels but no “text” channel and don’t know how to modify some existing “text” in the video.

OK, so you really mean “text” like in a title. There is no way to edit a title out of a video anymore than there is a way to unbaked the “eggs” out of a “cake”. Once the video is rendered with the title, they are inseparable. The only streams are video and audio.
