Editing a rendered motion effect
Is there a way to edit a motion effect that has already been rendered? For example, a 4 second clip has been sped up to 2 seconds. I still think the 2 second clip is too slow, so I want to edit it to 1 second. Is there a way to speed the 2 second clip by 200% or do I have to go back into the old bins, find the 4 second clip, and speed it up by 400%?

Gotta modify the main clip. So need to go searching…just Match Frame in the timeline, then Match Frame in the Preview Monitor. It’ll load the main clip

Just promote the clip to a TimeWarp Effect in the Miotion Effect Editor. Then you can change the speed in the Sequence all you want without going back to the bin.
