  • Edit Existing Composition Preset

I’m sure there’s an easy answer – maybe my Google Foo is failing me – but I can’t find it.

I’ve gone to Composition > Composition Settings and configured my comp settings then clicked the little paper icon next to the Preset dropdown and created a new preset based on the comp settings. All good.

Now I’ve decided that I want to go back and change the settings of the Composition Preset that I just made. How do I edit/manage comp preset details? My Preset shows up in the preset dropdown, so there must be a way to manage that list, no?

    Thanks

“Save over the bad preset. Give it the same name before saving.”

Thanks, kind of an awkward way to manage it but it worked.

my first computer was the commodore 64, so yea I remember a time before version prompts

I was hoping for a smoother UI for comp presets than just saving over the previous one
