Echolab Opera – Stopped working but has power
A few days ago my Echolab Opera just stopped. The switcher has power and displays the SN, the status light on the back where the memory card goes is light up green, inside on the HD it is lite up green. On the back are the letters A B C D. A and D are orange, the others are blank. Any ideas about this? I know Blackmagic bought them out and don’t offer support anymore, but I am hoping someone can tell me better than buy a new switcher. Please respond with any help.

I might be able to help, please send me which opera you do have and a contact number so I can learn more about what is happening. I use to work with Echolab and still try to help customers in need.
