Easy way to mark selection IN/OUT points?
I have a multitrack sequence and when highlighting a gap between clips and pressing ‘x’ it will not give me the in/out point. Does FC allow for this?
I simply want to check the durations of my gaps…I guess I could always use slugs if need to be.
Just thought I’d ask.

It works on my system. FCP 5.1.4. Do you have your auto selects turned on?

I have 5.01 (Power PC). Yep, Auto Select is turned on …it seems to grab the in/out of V2 out of my total of 6 tracks.

I turned off auto select for the layers below the desired gap and now it seems to work.
