  Easing in to Velocity

  After spending some time today watch a bunch of great demo reels, so much is obviously tied to speed and velocity. From elements swiftly shooting around to bounces and wiggles. Are there any good resources to help learn how this control can be mastered? Simple tricks and tips welcome too 🙂 Also, is it better in AE7.0 than 6.5?
