Easiest way to fix sync of merged audio & video clips (sync clips) after the fact?
For some reason I thought this was possible in Premiere, but can’t seem to figure out how to do it….can you indeed fix the sync of merged clips after the fact, without going back to the original clips an re-merging?

Once you have your merged clip, hold the cmd (ctrl on a pc) key and click on it. it will open a merged clip sequence and you can re-sync as need it.

Sorry to bug you again about this. I actually tried it shortly after you mentioned it. It opens the clip and I can shift sync, but then the change doesn’t appear to be saved and the clip is still out of sync.

Uhhh… Has anyone found a fix? I am in Merged Clip sound sync HELL right now. I am not able to figure out how to use PluralEyes. It’s just too new and complicated for me. So I am using the Merge Clip function in Premiere Pro.
I went ahead and synced everything the old fashioned way, by hand. Got it all perfect. Merged clips. Did it for two days. Uh, but once I checked those merged clips they are ALL out of sync!
I’m ready to have a complete breakdown on this project. It’s been nothing but trouble but this is just b***sh*t. It’s unconscionable for Premiere to have such a ridiculous flaw.
