Can I open up a final cut 5.0.4 file in final cut 5.0.1?
I tried searching the internetus maxumis for info. but couldn’t find anything,
any help is terribly much appreciated.cheers.

Actually, you might be able to do this… but seems to me that the system running 5.0.1 should simply be updated… it’s free and it contains some bug fixes…

I’m with Jerry on this one. I thought that no project file changes were made until 5.1, but that’s a big guess. If that’s true though, your project should open just fine in the older system, but differences between version quirks could give you trouble, so I would just update the 5.0.1 system if you have the power to.
