I have some footage shot in 60i on a DVX100a, when I capture it with FCP it comes in with 3 good frames and 2 frames that have interlaced-jaggedy lines. I have never seen this before, and have no idea whats up. I usually understand frame rates and field patterns, but not this one. Any help? Is their any chance this is 24p/24pa that somehow recorded at 29.97 on the tape?

It was 24p, which is recorded with 3:2 pulldown and ends up as 60i on tape.
