dvdsp “sweet spot” at 6 mbps?
according to the Lynda dvdsp3 training dvdsp3 gives better results by setting the avg Mbps to 5.5 and max to 6.5 rather than the 6.4/7.5 that compressor suggests as the default for 2 pass VBR of 60 minutes or less. Is this really the case? Anyone know why?
do the lower bit rates give better compatibility/less playback problems?
